Expanding a 1500 s.f. Transitional Style home.to plan for age in place needs and make sure there is room to host family for day visits and extended stays, we will add four additional sleeping rooms and two full bathrooms in their new second floor addition. 

We will create an open floor plan to include the Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Room so the family can cook, converse, and play together. A smaller open space on the second floor can accommodate the grandchildren for separate play as well.
